MICHAEL SEVYAN
Member of the Constitutional Court (1996 - 2005)

Born in 1935, May 12th, in Azerbaijan.

In 1958 he has accepted the Yerevan State University, Department of Law and during studies has worked at the Yerevan Military Tribunal as an interpreter-secretary.

From 1963 has served in the system of military prosecution, a former army prosecutor. Colonel of Justice.

From 1993 to 1995 worked at the Moscow military prosecution as a department prosecutor.

In 1996 February 5th by decree of the President of the RA appointed as a member of the Constitutional Court of the RA.

In 1998 April 23th by decree of the President of the RA awarded the highest qualification of a judge.
