VOLODYA HOVHANNISYAN

Vladimir Hovhannisyan was born in 15 June 1948 in Armenia.

From 1967 till 1970 served in the naval fleet.

In 1976 finished the Faculty of Law of the Yerevan State University.

Till 1991 he has worked at the Department of State, Administrative and International Law of the Yerevan State University as a Lecturer.

From 1991 till 1996 he has held a post of the Deputy Prosecutor General.

In 1996 he was appointed as a member of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia.

At present he is a Deputy Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia.

He is a Doctor of Law Sciences. He is an author of more than 40 scientific articles and monographs.
